NEW SAILBOAT ATTRACTION ON CAPE COD

The classic schooner REVELER  is now proudly offered
for Private Charters

by Catboat Rides Inc and Karl's Boat Shop

ABOUT THE CRUISE:

Our schooner charters pass quickly through busy Hyannis Harbor for a peaceful excursion under full sail in the open waters of beautiful Nantucket Sound.

Our 2 hour schooner trip passes through Hyannis harbor for a peaceful cruise under full sail in the open waters of beautiful Nantucket Sound.    The Captain takes best advantage of the conditions to spend maximum time comfortably under sail power only. There is no particular destination or route.  Quality sailing time is maximized with the engine off. The accent is upon serious relaxation.
Our guests may sit on the cabin top, on the comfortable padded cockpit seats near the Captain or lounge below in the spacious cabin. Guests are welcome to walk about the deck and may lie on the deck for a little sunbathing. The Captain may invite some quests to help raise the sails or take a turn at the helm.
Along the way we sail past Hyannis Yacht Club among interesting harbor traffic, past Kalmus Beach and past Great Island to Nantucket Sound.
We sail near historic Hyannis Port to see the beautiful waterfront homes of the Kennedy family and other residents and the Kennedys' beautiful sailing yachts anchored off the Hyannis Port Yacht Club. We get fine views of three historic lighthouses.
Guests may bring their own food and drink. Excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated.

Come dressed for the weather. It is usually a little cooler, windier and sunnier than on land.
