Making a gift certificate order indicates your acceptance that:

• Reservations for use of the gift must be made no more than 2 days in advance.
• Trip reservations will be held By Catboat Rides, Inc until five minutes before departure.
• Boarding and seating selection is prioritized in order of reservation sequence.
• Gift Certificates may be used by a third party.
• Gift Certificates may be refunded minus a 20% processing fee.
• We will send a prompt confirmation of your order and try our best to comply with any special requests for delivery of the Gift Certificate.
